Hugh D. Brown Lectures

Thursday, 13th January 2022 16:00 Online

The College is excited to announce that tickets are now available for the annual Hugh D. Brown Lectures. Hugh D. Brown has been described as a man of stature and this was evident in his being the driving force behind the establishing of the Irish Baptist College in Dublin in 1892. In honour of his memory these lectures bear name.

In 2022, Dr Jason DeRouchie (Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, USA) will be the speaker and his title is: Rejoicing in Hope: Understanding and Applying Zephaniah. DeRouchie is a leading Old Testament scholar, but firmly believes that scholarship should be done in service of the church. With that in mind he hopes to help us both understand and apply the message of Zephaniah.

Tickets for the conference can be purchased via eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/hugh-d-brown-lectures-tickets-215518610967
