The University of Wales Lampeter is the oldest university in England and Wales outside Oxford and Cambridge.  Founded in 1822 as St David’s College, it became a constituent college of the University of Wales in 1971.  It provides undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Theology and related subjects.

In recent years in has developed considerable expertise in providing further/postgraduate training in theology for those for whom full-time study is not an option.

The Irish Baptist College is offering its MA course as part of Lampeter’s outreach programme whereby the university approves the structure and content of the programme of study submitted by the College, and recognises the College’s teachers to prepare students for this post-graduate award.
